Challenge: Ülemiste Shopping Center needed to sell gift cards without involving sales staff. The process had to be seamless, secure, and operate uninterrupted during the shopping center’s business hours. Solution: We built a fully automated self-service kiosk that combines payment solution, gift card activation, and instant printing into one seamless journey.
